Kara's background allows her to share a wealth of information with the students. Her background includes being the massage therapist for the US women's soccer team for the two most recent world cup efforts. She was also chosen as the massage therapist for the US women's soccer team at the 2012 Olympic games in London during which the team took the gold medal. You can learn more about Kara at her website here.
The eight students are excited about the program and have formed study groups to meet after class. Kara says that the students are early to class every day and have inspired her. For more information about the Massage Therapy program at ACC, see the program page by clicking here.
