What better way to start off 2016 than with a new career?
More than 150 American Career College graduates and students helped pack a room at ACC-Los Angeles at the campus' first job fair this year on Feb. 2.
"The campus was booming with excitement," Gohar Abrahamian, ACC-LA Career Services director, said. "We had 45 employers and 150 grads participate in our job fair. More than 20 grads had on-the-spot interviews which looks promising! Thank you, Career Services team for all your hard work in building such a strong foundation with these employers."
Additionally, 15 graduates from the Pharmacy Technician and Medical Assistant programs set up interviews for later in the week, according to ACC Career Services specialist Suzette Tafoya.
"It's so great to see the employers and students together at this impressive event," ACC-LA Executive Director Rita Totten said. "There's lots of giveaways at every table and the room filled to capacity with grads and recruiters, which we love to see."
