While the holiday season is a joyous time for most, it can be a time of stress and anxiety for some families.
Parents struggling to get by still want their children to experience the joy and excitement of receiving the toys of their dreams but may not have the resources to provide any gifts.
"Thankfully, holiday toy drives help fill the need, and thanks to the help of our staff and faculty, American Career College-Los Angeles managed to raise over 100 toys to help the kids in our community," ACC-Los Angeles Student Services specialist Brenda Clydesdale said.
Partnering with a nearby local church, the toys were dropped off in mid-December to provide parents with plenty of time to wrap the presents.
