American Career College’s third associate degree in nursing cohort celebrated the next milestone in their career at their pinning September 16 at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center.
“We are so proud of our nursing students and graduates who have achieved another milestone in their nursing careers,” ADN program director Ellen M. Lewis, MSN, RN, FAAN, said.
This ACC ADN cohort consisted of 15 men in a typically female-dominated profession and 18 of the 31 students were also licensed vocational nurses (LVNs) taking the next step in their nursing career.
“It was a wonderful celebration of our students and graduates and a pleasure to meet their families and friends,” ADN Academic Retention Specialist Patti Pasquarello, MSN-Ed, RN, added.
